Industry Accreditations

High quality data is critical to engineering decisions in the office and in the field. Our laboratory is accredited by A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation, Certification # 2718.02) allowing a comprehensive range of geotechnical and construction materials tests. Laboratory operations and equipment calibration are conducted in strict compliance with A2LA and the RINER quality manual. Laboratory personnel undergo extensive and continual training. Testing is performed in accordance with ASTM, TxDOT, or other appropriate standards.

RINER is also accredited by AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials). Results are reviewed and assessed daily by engineering staff for accuracy. The AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP) is the largest accrediting body in the construction materials industry. In addition to being an AASHTO-accredited laboratory, Riner has proven their commitment to quality and can set themselves apart from their competitors.
