September 29, 2021 – Our bayous need construction materials testing too! RINER (www.rinerengineering.com) is providing construction materials engineering services for flood repairs to a 7.8-mile segment of White Oak Bayou identified as “Discreet Segment 105” which spans from FM 1960 to Hollister Street. This project is being administered by the Harris County Flood Control District under a Federal/Local partnership with the US Army Corps of Engineers and, when complete, will serve to substantially reduce flooding risks along White Oak Bayou.
