April 30, 2021 – Flashback Friday: Mickey Leland International Terminal D at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas. RINER provided geotechnical engineering services in 2017 specifically for the facilities replacing the existing Terminal D and Terminal C North Pier. The project consisted of a four-story 800,000 SF at-grade airport terminal expansion, a jet apron, roadway improvements and utilities, a connection to the Federal Inspection Services facility located within Terminal E, a connection to the New Terminal C North (NCN), and a future pedestrian bridge between the terminal and the existing parking structure across North Terminal Road.
