August 6, 2021 – The United Airlines Early Baggage Storage building at George Bush Intercontinental Airport – IAH is taking shape. Following our geotechnical engineering work finalized in 2019, RINER is currently providing materials testing services on this complex construction project. The EBS building is located between South Terminal C and the Terminal E parking garage, spanning South Terminal Road. The building includes an auger cast pile foundation and sits on 34-foot tall columns which will allow Terminal Road traffic to pass underneath at project completion. So pleased to see team (United Airlines, PGAL Architects, and Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC.) efforts coming together on this project.
