May 7, 2021 – Flashback Friday: Park 161 Distribution Center – Grand Prairie, Texas.

RINER was selected as the Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing firm for the Park 161 Distribution Center located at the northwest corner of January Lane and State Highway 161 in Grand Prairie, Texas. This 350,000 square-foot front load, tilt-wall industrial warehouse is located on approximately 19-acres. The project included a moisture conditioned building pad with select fill cap, tilt-wall panels supported on drilled straight shaft piers, and concrete paving for truck court and parking areas. Construction was completed in late summer 2016.
