July 30, 2021 – Wall panels are nearly up at the 218,000 SF Elliott Electrical Supply project at Hines’ Grand National Business Park in North Houston. This is the eighth and final building totaling 1,440,000 SF in the 107-acre business park along Beltway 8.

RINER is pleased to be part of the Hines project team having provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services on each of these buildings. It has been gratifying to be part of a great team of folks from Hines, Arch-Con® Corporation, Powers Brown Architecture, WGA Consulting Engineers, and Pinnacle Structural Engineers.
