September 22, 2021 – RINER was selected to provide the geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing (CMT) for Four Oaks Distribution Center, a Phelan-Bennett Development, in Schertz, Texas. This 169,575 SF Class A warehouse, near I-35 east of San Antonio, Texas is scheduled for completion in December 2021.
