Flashback Friday: RINER performed geotechnical engineering services on the SH 31 Relief Route project for TxDOT Dallas District that broke ground in September 2016. The scope included a total of 57 soil borings to depths ranging from 35- to 75-feet below ground surface (bgs). The final project scope included bridges/MSE walls/cantilever walls/embankments and pavement.
