RINER was selected to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for Giorgetti Houston, a 7‐story, 32‐unit apartment building.

RINER performed the geotechnical field investigation, including all drilling and logging, which included soil borings to 80‐foot depths. RINER’s Geotechnical Engineering report provided recommendations for building pad earthwork, auger cast piles, shallow spread footings, retaining structures, slab on grade and pavement construction. RINER provided follow-up design recommendations for building pad fills and for specialty pavement.

RINER’s  testing and inspection scope during construction includes foundation, pavement and utility earthwork, cast in place concrete, conventional and post‐tension concrete reinforcing, masonry, and structural steel inspections.
