The Hanover River Oaks project consists of a 40 story mixed use residential and retail tower with integral 8-story parking garage. The building structural design consists of post-tension reinforced cast-in-place concrete decks over an 11,000 cubic yard mat foundation.
Riner Engineering Services testing and inspection scope includes building, utility and paving earthwork, mild steel and post-tension reinforcement, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing.
Riner Engineering Services testing and inspection scope was amended to include monitoring of concrete temperature probes at the mat foundation, geotechnical testing of the foundation subgrade and floor levelness testing of the cast in place concrete decks.
Construction is underway and completion of the building structure is targeted for 2020.
