September 27, 2022 – Rob Maxwell, PE, Director of Infrastructure, Harris County Precinct 4 (approximately 1.4 million people), provided updates on the recent realignment for Precinct 3 & Precinct 4 at the WTS of Houston, Inc. RINER’s Jeanne Bassetti Jullien attended the informative session. The Infrastructure Division is responsible for managing and developing the Capital Improvement Plan that is currently over $400 million in construction value.
