September 1, 2021 – RINER is providing Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) services for the Hines Northlink Logistics Center, a Fort Worth area warehouse facility. Phase 1 completed in early 2021, included two tilt wall buildings totaling 1,037,000 SF. Phase 2 currently underway, includes one 670,000 SF building and associated parking and drive areas.
