RINER is providing the geotechnical engineering and CMT services for Interchange 249 project (Grand Parkway and Highway 249) located within the city of Tomball, Texas. This premiere 240-acre business park will consist of 10 buildings totaling more than 3,000,000 Square Feet.

Interchange 249 will unfold as a three-phase project. Lovett Industrial, Clarion Partners, Macy’s Inc., and Allen Boone Humphries Robinson broke ground on the project on March 9, 2022. Phase 1 or the first four buildings is expected to open in mid-2023.
