RINER provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for this municipal park and roadway construction project. The project included a pool house, skate park, 2,200 LF jogging trail, 22,000 SF parking area and 1,600 LF of public roadway.

RINER performed the geotechnical field investigation, including all drilling and logging. RINER’s Geotechnical Engineering report provided recommendations for construction excavations, building pad and paving earthwork, drilled piers, shallow spread footings, and slab on grade and pavement concrete construction.

RINER’s testing and inspection scope during construction included foundation, pavement and utility earthwork, drilled piers, cast in place concrete, shotcrete, conventional concrete reinforcing, and masonry inspections.
