March 23, 2023 – Riner Engineering, Inc. is currently providing CMT services for Blue Springs Business Park, a Class A industrial park offering multi-faceted building configurations situated on a 43-acre site. The 604,064 square foot state-of-the-art logistics center is located just south of Georgetown, Texas and is easily accessible from I-35.

RINER previously provided geotechnical engineering services for this project that consists of three buildings ranging in size from 124,914 square foot to 310,366 square foot, and combined parking spaces for 90-trailers and 580 standard parking spaces.

This is Molto Properties first real estate development in Central Texas and delivery is expected in 2Q 2023.
