January 25, 2023 – RINER was selected to provide geotechnical services for the new Huntsville, Texas City Hall. The new City Hall scope of work includes city services, council chambers with seating for 100, and city staffing department offices. The design includes space in each department for future expansion as well as distributed shell space for additional future needs. Square footage is projected to be between 37,900 and 45,400 square feet in addition to the parking lot. [Rendering shown is by Randall Scott Architects.]
