March 30, 2023 – RINER is pleased to have been selected to provide the geotechnical engineering and CMT services for this currently in progress 60,000 square foot build-to-suite Venti Air project located in Rosenberg, Texas. The project, delivering in Q2 2023, offers a 36′ clear height, 130′ deep truck court, and a two-level office space.
