October 20, 2021 – RINER was selected to provide geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services (CMT) for the YES Prep Southside Elementary campus expansion. The project included redevelopment of an existing campus building and a new two-story 44,000 gross SF administration building, sports pavilion, and parking and drive areas totaling 120,000 SF on the active campus.
